You may contact your insurance carrier to inquire about out-of-network coverage, or receive therapy services as a private-pay client. Superbills available upon request.

Please note individual plans vary in regards to insurance benefits, such as covered visits, deductibles, and co-pay or co-insurance amounts. Certain plans may require you meet your deductible before your co-pay or co-insurance applies. For insurance carriers we are not in-network with, we can provide you with a superbill upon request to pursue out-of-network benefits.

Payment accepted: Ivy Pay (HIPAA Secure Credit Card Portal), Cash, Check. In compliance with the No Surprises Act, families interested in private pay services will be provided a Good Faith Estimate prior to initiating intervention.
