Services

Now doing business as Ponderosa Speech & Language, speech mobile services have expanded to include Spokane and Stevens County.

In-Office (13607 E. Sprague Ave, Spokane Valley) and In-Home or Community Based Visits Available.

Home visits are limited in availability. Due to the extensive service area, openings may be limited to set days/times of the week or established routes. Please see below for service area information.

Teletherapy is available across WA & ID

Schedule: Fall 2026

Monday, 8am-6pm. Spokane & In-Office*

Wednesday, 8am-5pm. North Spokane - Clayton*

Friday, 7am-2pm. In-Office Only*

Saturday: Stevens County

Closed: Tuesday/Thursday/Sunday

How Does it Work

Scheduling recurring appointment times is seasonal (3-4 month blocks). This allows flexibility for the school year, sports, music, etc.

Home visits are offered based on clinician availability, travel distance, insurance requirements, and the day's schedule.

Please note that not all insurance plans cover home visits. Some plans, including certain Kaiser Permanente, may require services to be provided in-office and exclude mobile services.

The City of Spokane, Deer Park, Colbert, and Clayton may receive home visits as scheduling allows. Below are areas within our service area, though this list is not exhaustive. Please inquire directly if you are unable to come in office and require a home visit.

Stevens County

Clayton, Loon Lake, and Chewelah are serviced in Stevens County. Saturdays are the primary service day for Stevens County. As of Summer 2026, Wednesdays are added as a second available day as scheduling and demand allows. Below are areas within our service area, though the list is not exhaustive.
